Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on most orders. Where a shipping charge applies, it will not exceed £5 and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary by product. The estimated delivery window for your order is displayed on each product page and at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on the product, carrier performance, and customs processing.
Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. If tracking information is available for your order, it will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Not all orders include tracking.
Customs, duties, and import taxes (US, Canadian, and Australian orders)
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window shown on the product page, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Lost or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@technixx.co.uk. We will work with the supplier and carrier to locate your order. If the order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at your choice.
For UK customers: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until you take physical possession. If your order is lost in transit, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
For Australian customers: products purchased online are covered by consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility.
